Shipping policy

Orders take 3-5 days to process in which you will receive an email or text confirmation (depending on the communication delivery method you selected during checkout) with your USPS tracking number. 

You may track your packages on the USPS website.

If your package has been confirmed by USPS via email or text as delivered and you have not received your package, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages to ensure the package in received.
